White & Case Advises Morgan Stanley on Dream Global REIT €300 Million Bond Issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Morgen Stanley & Co International plc, as Sole Lead Manager, on the placement of notes issued by a financing vehicle of Canada's Dream Global REIT.

The €300 million fixed rate notes have a term until 2026 and will be guaranteed by Dream Global REIT. The bonds will be listed on the Global Exchange Market (GEM) of the Irish Stock Exchange. In 2017, White & Case  advised Morgan Stanley as Sole Lead Manager on Dream Global REIT's €375 million bond issue.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was co-led by partner Karsten Wöckener and local partner Cristina Freudenberger (both Frankfurt), and included partners Rebecca Emory (Frankfurt), David Thatch, Ray Simon (both New York) and Bodo Bender (Frankfurt), and associates Daniel Gillenkirch and Daniel Sander (both Frankfurt).
