Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Jefferies International Limited as global co-ordinator and joint sponsor, and Rothschild & Co as joint sponsor, on a £100 million capital raising by N Brown Group plc, a top ten UK clothing and footwear digital retailer.
The capital raising is structured as a conditional placing to Lord Alliance of Manchester CBE, N Brown’s major shareholder, and his son subject to clawback under an open offer to qualifying shareholders. N Brown will use the proceeds from the capital raising to strengthen its balance sheet and accelerate delivery of its growth strategy. Alongside the capital raising, N Brown intends to cancel its premium listing and apply for admission to AIM.
