White & Case Advises Novasep on Sale of Chromatography Equipment Division to Sartorius Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Novasep on the proposed sale of its chromatography process equipment division to the Sartorius Group.

Novasep is a leading international provider of services in the field of molecule production and purification for the life science and chemical industries, based on an unrivalled pool of specialized technologies. 

The proposed transaction covers operations located on a number of different Novasep sites, including the Pompey site in eastern France and sites in the USA, China and India.

The transaction is subject to the consultation of the works council of Novasep, antitrust clearance from the Federal Trade Commission and French foreign investment clearance.
