Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised PKO Bank Polski on a tender offer to the holders of €750,000,000 notes issued by PKO Bank Polski, and US$1 billion notes issued by PKO Finance AB, PKO Bank Polski's subsidiary.
PKO Bank Polski acquired its own notes with an aggregate principal amount of €250,000,000, and the notes issued by PKO Finance AB with an aggregate principal amount of US$195,410,000.
