The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Dan Turgel with support from partners Tim Hickman and Marc Israel (all London), local partner Thilo Wienke (Dusseldorf) and associates Irina Kozlova, Harriet Doble and Luc Rosenberg (all London).
