White & Case Expands Its Corporate and M&A Practice with Addition of Leonardo Graffi in Milan

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its corporate and M&A practice with the appointment of Leonardo Graffi as a local partner in its Milan office.

Graffi, who joins the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice, is a highly regarded corporate and M&A lawyer who also has extensive experience in the private equity sector. He regularly advises clients on the full spectrum of M&A transactions including joint venture, cross-border and Italian public and private M&A deals. In addition, he has advised strategic and private equity clients on several acquisitions/disposals of companies and businesses operating in a wide range of sectors including banking, insurance, automotive, aviation, pharmaceutical and energy. Graffi is qualified in Italy and New York and joins White & Case from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a counsel.
