White & Case Advises Joint Lead Managers on Issuance of Bonds by OMV Aktiengesellschaft with Total Volume of €1.5 Billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Lead Managers Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Erste Group Bank AG, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Mizuho Securities Europe GmbH and Raiffeisen Bank International AG on a €1.5 billion bond issue by OMV Aktiengesellschaft.

The bonds are issued in two tranches. With a principal amount of €750 million, the first tranche has a term of three years and a fixed coupon of 0.000%. With a principal amount of €750 million, the second tranche has a term of 10 years and a fixed coupon of 0.750%. The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated markets of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
