Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised doctors Filippo Maria Ubaldi and Laura Rienzi, as sellers of Genera Health Care, a leader in the field of medically-assisted procreation, to Universal Clinics, a company controlled by the private equity fund Investindustrial.
The sale is part of a project aimed at creating a pan-European group operating in the field of reproductive health and care. White & Case also assisted the sellers in reinvesting, alongside Investindustrial, in the Universal Clinics group.
The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction comprised of partner Ferigo Foscari, local partner Alessandro Seganfreddo, associate Sara Scapin and lawyer Valerio Bianchi.
