Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Autogrill S.p.A. on a €300 million term financing guaranteed by SACE S.p.A. (SACE), a state-owned Italian export credit agency.
Article 1 of the Italian Liquidity Decree provides that, subject to certain conditions, loans may be guaranteed by SACE. The guarantees are reserved for loans with a maximum duration of six years granted from the date that the Liquidity Decree went into effect until December 31, 2020.
Autogrill is the world's leading provider of food & beverage services for travelers, present in 31 countries and managing approximately 4,000 points of sale in around 1,000 locations. Autogrill operates mainly in airports and motorways, followed by railway stations, with a selective presence in high street, shopping centers, trade fairs, museums, and other cultural facilities.
