White & Case Advises Banks on Transdev Group's €220 Million Inaugural Notes Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the bank syndicate composed of Natixis, Société Générale and Crédit Agricole CIB, as Joint Lead Managers, on the inaugural unlisted €220 million notes offering by way of private placement by France-based international private public transport operator Transdev Group.
The transaction was divided in two series of notes: €150 million 1.779% notes due 2025, and €70 million 2.051% notes due 2026.
The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Grégoire Karila and included partner Alexandre Ippolito, with support from associates Tatiana Uskova, Petya Georgieva and Guillaume Keusch.
