Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Lead Managers Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Erste Group Bank AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank Austria AG on OMV Aktiengesellschaft's €1 billion bond issue.
The bonds have been issued in two tranches. The first tranche has a principal amount of €500 million, a six-year term and a fixed coupon of 0.000%. The second tranche has a principal amount of €500 million, a 15-year term and a fixed coupon of 1.000%. The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated markets of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
